About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our South East region team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in overseeing the build of our new retirement development in Cranleigh.

Key responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control. You will also support the Site Manager in the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Requirements

  • Previous site experience in the construction of residential apartments and/or new homes
  • Qualified First Aider at Work
  • CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme
  • Valid UK driving licence
