About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our new retirement development in Cranleigh, Surrey.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will assist the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control. You will also support the Site Manager in ensuring that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous site experience in the construction of residential apartments and/or new homes, and hold a CSCS Card and NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.

You will be a qualified First Aider at Work and have a valid UK driving licence. You will also be assertive and calm under pressure, with excellent communication and influencing skills to liaise with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams.
