Role Summary:
The Activity Coordinator is a vital member of our care team, responsible for designing and delivering engaging activity programs that foster social connections, independence, and overall well-being among our residents. This role requires a patient, creative, and empathetic approach, with a focus on promoting resident-centered care.
About You:
- Strong background in adult care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the care team
- Patient and flexible approach to working with diverse groups
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement individualized activity plans based on resident preferences and abilities
- To work closely with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- To maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress
