Job Description

This leadership role reports directly to the Assistant Regional Director and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential care homes. The successful candidate will ensure seamless delivery of our care services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with CQC regulations.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and staff engagement
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
