**Job Title:** Senior Care Assistant Leader

**Salary Range:** £30,225 - £30,225 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Care Assistant Leader to join our team at Choice Care Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Site Manager in the daily running of our care home, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in adult social care, supervisory experience, and a strong understanding of relevant codes of practice and legislation. You will also possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Support the Deputy Site Manager in the daily running of the care home
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
