About the Role:
- To ensure the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of our residents
- To develop and implement individualized activity plans based on resident preferences and abilities
- To work collaboratively with the care team to provide holistic support
- To maintain accurate records of resident activities and progress
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Patient and creative approach to working with diverse groups
- Familiarity with adult care principles and best practices
