About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist with XPS Pensions Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist SIP consultants with administrative duties, including reviewing bank ledgers, raising invoices, and updating contract notes.
  • Have an awareness of the annual valuation process and Pension Scheme Return Process.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets department standards.
  • Assist with mail identification.

  • Previous experience in an office environment would be advantageous.
