About the Role

As a key member of our customer service support team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist SIP consultants with administration duties for their portfolios, including reviewing bank ledgers, raising invoices, and updating contract notes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist SIP consultants with administration duties for their portfolios
  • Review and update contract notes
  • Raise invoices
  • Review bank ledgers
  • Produce fee reports and audits
  • Update databases
  • Demonstrate ownership of queries

About You

We are looking for an organized and methodical individual who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work as part of a team. You should have a positive attitude and be able to use initiative to resolve queries and issues.
