Job Title: Air Operations Coordinator

Oceania Cruises is seeking a highly skilled Air Operations Coordinator to join our Guest Services team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional air travel services to our guests and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely information and booking of air services to the internal Guest Services team and Outbound Team in Miami.
  • Service calls from the Outbound Team and provide assistance with air-related activities, pricing, and planning.
  • Organize and manage special departures for our Concierge Collection land packages.
  • Provide critical Out of Hours Emergency Telephone service, covering Oceania and Regent, delivering round-the-clock assistance for guests traveling to and from our ships.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrates resilience and flexibility to business needs.
