Air Operations Coordinator

Join Oceania Cruises, the world's leading culinary and destination-focused cruise line, as an Air Operations Coordinator. This exciting role is part of our Guest Services team, providing critical support to our internal teams and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert air services information and booking support to our internal teams and guests.
- Manage air-related activities, including pricing, planning, and staff travel.
- Organize and manage special departures for our bespoke Concierge Collection land packages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to all incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Process refunds and ensure accurate fare and tax calculations.
- Monitor sales to minimize exposure to penalties from airlines.
- Collaborate with revenue management to build promotions and maintain reports of bookings figures.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Demonstrates resilience and flexibility to business needs.
