Resident Care Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in Brighton. As a Resident Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents. This will involve supporting the clinical team with tasks such as medication administration, care planning, and resident reviews, as well as mentoring and developing junior staff members.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as significant experience in providing care and support to older adults. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.
