  • Provide a professional, inclusive approach to care.
\Requirements\
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
  • You should be well-organized, IT literate, and able to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others is essential.
  • A good understanding of care planning processes is required.
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to train is necessary.
  • You should possess a natural ability to help others and put residents at the heart of everything.
