- Delivering Person-Centred Care: providing clinical, social, and emotional care to our residents, tailored to their individual needs
- Building Strong Relationships: establishing effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Staying Up-to-Date with Best Practices: maintaining accurate records, monitoring residents' physical and mental health, and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Embracing Continuous Learning: participating in a comprehensive training programme to develop your skills and knowledge
