Care Assistant Job Description

About the Role:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a caring attitude.
