About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role involves delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • To participate in the development and review of care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports.
  • To support residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

About You:

As a Care Assistant, you will be passionate about providing person-centered care, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards our residents. You will have excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and dignity.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) or willingness to undertake training.
