Job Overview
As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, supporting at meal times, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with our residents and their families, providing emotional support and comfort when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities, such as personal care, dressing, and grooming
Support residents at meal times, including feeding and hydration
Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry and housekeeping tasks

Benefits and Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including a joining bonus, free meals at work, free car parking, paid induction and mandatory training, free DBS, discounts off your weekly shop, gifts, and days out, cash plan with payment for eye and dental care, pension scheme, and 28 days paid holiday, rising to 33 days with long service.
