About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health Care Aide at Cogir Senior Living. As a member of our care team, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and empathy, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Facilitate resident transfers and monitor their condition
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide assistance as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide certification
• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull mobility aids safely
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
