Resident Care Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Care Manager to join our team at Netley Court. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the resident assessment process, delivering medication administration processes, and managing team member absence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resident assessments to ensure accurate care planning.
- Implement robust auditing procedures for medication administration.
- Manage team member absence and conduct return to work sessions.
- Communicate effectively with family members regarding resident needs and progress.
- Conduct and oversee effective handovers between shifts.
- Provide coaching and support to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
Key Requirements:
- NVQ 3 essential, NVQ 4 in Care and Registered Managers Award or QCF Level 4 Diploma in Management (Desirable)
- Two years' experience in long-term care or similar industry
- Experience of planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care delivery
- Experience working with older people
