The Role: Ensuring high levels of care by supporting residents with daily living, supporting training and supervision of junior staff members, answering the door and telephone, and reporting on residents' well-being. You will also be responsible for carrying out regular checks on residents, delivering high levels of personal and psychological care, and completing records to a satisfactory standard.
