We are currently seeking a skilled Care Leaver Advocate to join our team. As a Care Leaver Advocate, you will work closely with care leavers and unaccompanied asylum seeking children to identify their needs and develop personalized plans to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to young people aged 16 and above to live independently.
