Resident Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Resident Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role:You will assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific needs. This includes supporting residents with differing requirements from companionship to personal care. As part of a team, you will collaborate with nurses and senior care assistants to monitor residents and report changes.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Support residents with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and guidelines.
