Mental Health Hospital Deputy Manager

Our mental health hospital in North London is seeking a dedicated Deputy Ward Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to take on a key leadership role within our hospital. As Deputy Ward Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the ward operates effectively and efficiently, providing high-quality care to patients.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has experience working in inpatient mental health settings. If you have a genuine interest in quality service delivery and development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Applying relevant policies and statutory requirements within the ward and hospital framework of governance.
- Ensuring that risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider working environment.
- Communicating with the wider team to ensure effective collaboration and teamwork.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £41,600 per annum, making this a highly attractive opportunity for any experienced mental health nurse looking to progress their career.
