Mental Health Hospital Ward Manager Position

Appoint Healthcare is currently recruiting for a seasoned mental health nurse to fill the role of Ward Manager in one of our esteemed mental health hospitals.
In this capacity, the selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ward, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support. This includes leading and motivating a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
To succeed in this position, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience working as a deputy ward manager or ward manager in a UK-based mental health setting. Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with a proven track record of managing teams and monitoring wards, are essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant nursing qualification (RMN), possess valid NMC registration, and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
