We are seeking an experienced mental health wound care specialist to join our team. This full-time Band 7 role involves providing expert advice and education on wound care, conducting physical health nursing assessments, and delivering high-quality care to service users with serious mental illness across inpatient wards.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in tissue viability, have a teaching qualification, and demonstrate continued professional development. They will also be able to work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient-focused care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to monitor the effectiveness of tissue viability interventions, develop patient care pathways, and contribute to the development of Trust-wide clinical guidelines and policies. You will also support and promote physical wellbeing among service users, carers, and colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,624 - £62,646 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide flexible working opportunities, career development, and a range of benefits to support your well-being and success.
