Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Care and Activities Coordinator to develop and implement stimulating activities for our seniors, adapting to varying abilities and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead group exercises, arts, music, and other interactive sessions.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and enjoyment.
  • Modify activities to accommodate individual needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning activities for seniors.
  • Passion for promoting social engagement and mental stimulation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience and understanding when working with seniors with diverse needs.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
