As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible. This will involve identifying their unique goals and implementing personalized activity plans that cater to their interests and abilities.

You will also be responsible for supporting residents in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities, and enjoying themselves in a stimulating and homely environment. Your strong desire to help people and put residents at the heart of everything you do will make you an excellent fit for this role.
