Strategic Benefits Manager

This role will focus on developing and executing a cohesive global benefits strategy for NetApp in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefit programs and a proven track record of managing benefit plans and providers in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic evolution and execution of benefit programs in 21 EMEA countries in line with NetApp's strategy, culture, and values.
- Manage pension programs and oversee the annual EMEA financial planning and forecasting process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to lead and manage projects, including the VP of Total Rewards and Wellbeing, CHRO, HRBPs, Business Unit leaders, and People Operations.
- Support other global programs and contribute to the development of a comprehensive benefits package for NetApp employees.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of people-management experience, preferably with global experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects through completion, on time and on budget, and to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
- Superior language, written and oral, communication skills.
