Our Key Objectives:- Strategic Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight for compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with business goals in a high-growth environment.
- Compensation Framework Design: Develop innovative compensation frameworks that attract top talent while supporting organizational objectives.
- Business Influence: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic business decisions through data-driven compensation insights and recommendations.
- Program Scaling: Drive the scaling of compensation and benefits programs to accommodate rapid growth, ensuring they remain competitive and effective.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate and implement compensation strategies that support workforce engagement and performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Performance Reviews: Manage the end-to-end performance review program, seamlessly integrating it with compensation and benefits processes to enhance employee recognition and drive alignment between performance metrics and compensation strategies.
- Employee Experience Focus: Ensure that compensation and benefits programs enrich the overall employee experience, support a diverse and inclusive workplace, and play a vital role in driving employee motivation, retention, and well-being, thereby contributing to the organization's success.
Requirements:
- Experience working with external survey data sources such as Radford or Comptryx.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits policies and regulations.
- Proven expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
