Business Development Manager

Pertemps Managed Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Store Manager in Hull. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage the store's operations, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have prior management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and leading high-performing teams. They will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including health and safety protocols, customer service, and sales performance.
A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered, along with quarterly bonuses averaging 10-12% (up to a maximum of 25%). Additional benefits include a pension scheme, share save scheme, cycle to work scheme, gym discounts, and social events throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team. They will also demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, be comfortable negotiating day-to-day, and have a genuine desire to help others and learn.
