Job Overview
Our client, a well-established company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiating with clients, and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial contracts from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Head of Finance to ensure favourable contract negotiations
- Monitor and report on project progress

Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of NEC 3 & 4 Contracts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
