Business Development Manager

We Buy Any Car is the UK's favourite car-buying service. We are a growing company with over 500 branches nationwide, seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will work on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days, involving weekend work. Your salary will be £26,380 (OTE £35,980), with a fantastic annual bonus based on company performance.
The role involves first-and-foremost modelling high performance when buying cars, whilst supporting the Regional Manager in driving performance. You will provide cover for the Regional Manager if needed, support all colleagues on the region to achieve their very best, and act as the main point of contact for our customers in your local branch.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Modelling high performance when buying cars
- Providing cover for the Regional Manager and supporting colleagues
- Main point of contact for customers in your local branch
You will also be responsible for contacting customers to achieve appointments and meet targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting the Regional Manager with the smooth running of the region and compliance with company procedures.
We are looking for someone who can competently and professionally lead the customer through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling and processing important documents, and processing customer payments.
