**Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Strategist to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across our European operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the material handling industry.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across our European operations

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in European markets, particularly in Scandinavian and Eastern European countries

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and drive growth

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans

* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions and strategies

**Requirements:

* Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the material handling industry

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset

**Benefits:

* Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
