In this capacity, you will be responsible for shaping the team's strategy, facilitating case discussions, and ensuring the implementation of best practices. Your expertise in social work will enable you to maintain current knowledge of national and local changes, effectively communicating these insights to stakeholders within and outside the organization.
This role demands strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and encourage partnerships, formal and informal networks, to support staff development and enhance skills and knowledge for solution-focused/person-centred practice.
The successful candidate will be required to meet the requirements of the professional regulator and provide expert advice and support to enable staff to develop new ways of working, translating legislation, guidance, and policies into sound practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overarching strategy and vision on Adult Care Services.
- Facilitate case discussion and quality monitoring.
- Maintain current knowledge of changes in national and local contexts.
- Engage and encourage partnerships for staff development.
- Support operational manager with continuous team development.
Requirements:
