This role offers a competitive salary of £83,400 - £114,000 per annum. As a Senior Clinical Strategist at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, you will have the opportunity to develop clinical engagement and influence mental health systems to enhance quality care delivery.

About the Role

The post will focus on helping to co-develop and support the clinical strategic direction of the Collaborative Programme in regard to learning disabilities and autism. You will work closely with the Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity Workstream Lead and the Mental Health Clinical Leads within the Collaborative Programme.

  • Influencing Learning Disability, Neurodiversity and Mental Health systems to improve services and patients' outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have good negotiation skills and the ability to influence and work in a flexible way to support the work of the Collaborative Programme. In addition, they will need to be able to work effectively across organisational boundaries with GPs, Learning Disability, Neurodiversity and Mental Health Clinicians and professionals involved in service delivery, health and social care commissioners, health and local authority providers and a range of partners across the Collaborative Programme and the ICS, including experts by experience and their families.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve services and patients' outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have Full registration with the GMC or equivalent clinical professional body with a licence to practice and knowledge of integrated health and care systems and the Humber and North Yorkshire Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Collaborative Programme.
