About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Neonatal Nurse to join our team as a Senior Staff Nurse. You will be working clinically as a valued member of the nursing team, providing high-quality care to neonates and their families.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in neonatal nursing, with a strong background in clinical expertise. They will be responsible for co-ordinating the Neonatal Unit on a daily basis, ensuring a positive patient experience through the delivery of high standards of evidence-based patient care.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £43,041 per annum, comprehensive induction package, and opportunities for career progression within our Trust.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registered Nurse qualification in Child or Adult Branch or registered Midwife
  • Qualification in Speciality - Neonatology 405 or equivalent
  • Mentorship preparation programme or equivalent
  • Evidence of professional self-development
  • Evidence of leadership and people management skills
