Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team in the Hull & Humber region. The successful candidate will work across different locations, managing clinics on mobile units and administering capsule sponge tests as part of the BEST 4 Screening Study.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Bank holidays and 25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 after 5 years)

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing clinics on mobile units and administering capsule sponge tests
  • Liaising closely with the clinic coordinator regarding appointments and cover on the unit
  • Working alongside established clinical teams, researchers, research nurses, and administrators to facilitate recruitment, sample collection, data entry, and providing clinical support as required
  • E nsuring clinical and regulatory compliance and maintaining high standards throughout the participant journey
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • NMC Registration with continued CPD
  • Previous research experience or Upper GI experience
  • Knowledge of research methodology
  • Significant post-registration clinical experience
  • Experience in performing nurse-led clinics
  • Full UK residency and a full and clean valid driving licence
