**Salary:** £42,757 - £54,655 per annum (Band 6)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced neonatal nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines, providing expertise to improve patient outcomes and enhance our service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and implementing clinical policies and guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
  2. Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues on complex clinical issues.
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  4. Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and evaluating their effectiveness.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Registered Nurse - Child or Adult Branch or registered Midwife
* Qualification in Speciality - Neonatology 405 or equivalent
* Experience working in a similar role or in a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
