About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs. Your expertise and experience will enable you to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that promote patient well-being and independence.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse with a current NMC registration. You should have a strong understanding of clinical practices and a proactive approach to making a positive impact on patient outcomes. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues alike.
