Making a Difference in Mental Health Care
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide expert nursing care and support to patients with complex mental health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of clinical practices and CQC requirements.
