We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Specialist to join our team at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £**120,000 - 145,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience.

As a key member of our Neonatal Service, you will be responsible for providing consultant cover and overnight on-call services, as well as supervising the Neonatal Unit, postnatal wards, and Transitional Care at Hull Women's and Children's Hospital.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical expertise and be able to contribute to the tertiary neonatal unit advice service to Level 1 and 2 services in the Humber & North Yorkshire units through the Embrace referral and transport service.

You will play a vital role in supporting trainees in induction, teaching, and training, and acting as clinical and educational supervisor.

This role also involves providing outpatient clinics by telephone/video and face-to-face for GP referrals under the age of 1 year and for neonatal patients after discharge.

Working closely with the Neonatal team, you will drive quality improvement, service development, and national strategies for neonatal critical care.
