Overview
IDEX Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth and innovation in our client services. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a team of 9 full-time equivalents (FTEs) and oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to grow client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and retention.
  • Office Management: Take charge of the financial and operational aspects of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Talent Development: Foster a collaborative environment while attracting and nurturing younger talent to balance the existing age demographic.

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of client management, preferably in the broking or insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and driving business growth. An estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
