This part-time position involves providing administrative support to the department, working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 1 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, with the option to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period.
