Housing Administration Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Admin Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our housing management team, you will provide administrative support to our Property Managers and Housing Officers, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Property Managers and Housing Officers, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with tenancy reviews, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Liaise directly with residents, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, to manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Participate in phone calls with residents, communicating effectively and professionally to resolve issues and provide support.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- DBS clearance required for this role.
