About You

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our care team, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To lead, motivate and mentor your team to ensure the efficient running of the care home.
  • To oversee the development and implementation of individualised care plans for each resident.
  • To monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.
  • To promote the independence, choice, dignity and respect of our residents by delivering the very best standards of care.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced care professional with strong leadership skills and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. You should have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or be willing to study for one. Above all, you must be able to demonstrate kindness and compassion in everything you do.
