About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a Care-at-Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our care home and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of carers to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing care homes.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5 qualification is essential.
