Smartcall Healthcare Ltd is recruiting a seasoned Care Home Manager to join their team in Cramlington. This is a full-time role that requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a management position within a nursing home. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and compliance of the home, as well as managing a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a live NMC Pin, with strong leadership and communication skills. They will also have knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements, as well as experience in policy implementation and team management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD to take on a senior leadership role within Smartcall Healthcare Ltd. The salary for this position is up to £55,000 per year, based on a 40-hour week. Additional benefits include paid NMC Pin renewal fees, free uniform, and flexible access to pay through Wagestream.
