Dementia Care Specialist

Hoping to recruit an accomplished Dementia Care Specialist for our HC-One team, responsible for offering unique and personalized care to residents suffering from dementia. You'll be expected to make them feel safe, dignified, and free in their surroundings.

Main duties comprise:
  • Developing and executing customized care strategies tailored to individual residents' needs.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of Care Assistants to deliver top-notch care.
  • Partnering with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to formulate and implement care plans.
  • Keeping precise records and cultivating healthy working relationships within the team.

Remuneration:
$50,000 - $70,000 annually, contingent upon experience and certifications.

This role necessitates:
  • A background in healthcare with relevant training or certifications.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in dementia care and supporting those with the condition.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, coupled with empathy and compassion.
