We are seeking a skilled and passionate Care Home Manager to lead our team at one of our fantastic care homes North of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
About Our Care Home:
- We cater for the elderly & those living with dementia & mental health issues.
- We have been rated at GOOD with CQC.
- We have a high rating of 9.9 on care home & are a Top 20 NE Care home 2024.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of resident & staff care, including HR issues, training, supervisions, and ensuring continuing success of CQC grades and occupancy.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
- Experience as a Home Manager of at least 2 years
- Proven track record of achieving good CQC grades
