">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the care home team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.">
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, fostering open communication and a person-centred approach to care.">
- Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.">
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing home, implementing necessary changes and improvements to enhance quality of care and resident satisfaction.">
Salary and Benefits:
