Senior Childcare Practitioner Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Childcare Practitioner to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a Senior Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children aged 7-17 with EBD and Mild Learning Difficulties in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or a similar qualification, with experience working in the residential children's services sector. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with the children and their families.
